What We Handle on our Base closing with Safety Cover:
- Complete winterization of your filter, pump, and all above ground piping
- Lubrication of all exposed gaskets
- Professional filter cleaning
- Removal of baskets, drain plugs, directionals, ladders, and rails
- Underground line blowout and plugging
- Chemical treatment for winter
- Skimming of the water surface
- Raising of your covers anchors (stuck ones will be noted)
- Cautiously unfold your cover over the pool
- Attaching your Safety cover springs securely to anchors
- Leaving your supplies neatly pool side or where requested

Light Leaf Vacuuming (available as an add-on)
If your pool is clear and algae-free, we can add a quick vacuum before closing to start winter with a leaf free pool.

After closing, you'll receive an email report with everything we did, pictures, and any issues to address at opening.
What to Expect
Arrival Window:
Between 7:15 AM and 4:30 PM. You’ll get an “on the way” text.
Before We Arrive:
Complete our pre-closing checklist (provided at booking)
Weather Policy:
We work in rain, but safety comes first. If we need to reschedule, we’ll notify you and get you back on schedule quickly.
What’s NOT Included in our Base closing with a safety cover fee:
- Vacuuming (may be available as add-on for clear pools)
- Chemical balancing (chemicals should be balanced well before closing)
- Additional features such as spas, more than 1 motor, heaters, in-floor cleaning systems, water falls, slides, cable systems, etc. These will all be “winterized” for an additional fee
- All chemicals and supplies (billed separately)
- Lowering of water level (may be available as an add-on with proper notice)
