How It Works
We Partner With You
One weekly visit keeps your pool in great shape, but pools need daily attention too. Between our visits, you’ll handle simple tasks like skimming, emptying baskets, watching water levels and checking chlorine levels. We take care of the technical work—chemical balancing, deep cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
Together, we keep your pool perfect all season.
Your Responsibilities:
- Test chlorine every few days and add chlorine as needed
- Skim and empty baskets as needed
- Keep water level at middle of skimmer
- Ensure equipment is running properly when we are not onsite
Our Responsibilities:
- Professional testing and complete chemical balancing
- Water temperature, Combined, and Free Chlorine, Ph, Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, Cyanuric Acid, Total Dissolved Solids, and salt level (if applicable) all tested and adjusted to balance the Langelier Saturation Index (LSI)
- Thorough weekly brushing, skimming, vacuuming, and emptying of all baskets
- Equipment inspections and filter maintenance
- Season-long expert support

This Service Is For:
- Clients who also use our opening and/or closing services
- Homeowners ready to partner with us on daily pool care
We do not offer standalone maintenance-only accounts.
Before Your Visit:
- Solar and automatic covers should be off
- Chlorine tablets (unless you have salt chlorine generator) and shock must be onsite
- Let us know where you store your chemicals as ours are extra
Additional Services:
- Anything beyond our maintenance responsibilities, as outlined above requires a separate service call
